Our TotalCare+ service gives you peace of mind anytime all year round for any Microsoft 365 support queries you may have. Billed on a per user basis or per representative basis.
Account Management
A key part of our relationship with you is our Account Management team. Your cloud service Account Manager is permanently assigned to you and becomes familiar with your systems, processes, culture and - most importantly - your people.
No Hidden Charges
We guarantee you will have no hidden charges billed to your account. All our pricing is fully inclusive, so you won't be billed for anything extra, unless you require additional services that are not included in your monthly billing*. Our cloud services come with our TotalCare+ managed service as standard, already included in the price quoted.

Help with any Cloud Service
When you need help with any of our services then you can call upon us to assist with any issues you may have. Our TotalCare+ managed service is automatically available to you when you sign up to any of our subscription services. Call or email our support team with any problems you are experiencing with the service, and we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible or call or email our sales team to ask a pre-sales question on any of our service offerings.
